New Prices Starting December 15th, 2022 – Sunset Palm Hotel Condominium

Starting December 15th 2022 the price will increase $50 per month.

A) Rooms facing the outside area will be priced at $675 + $250 for maintenance and electricity, water and internet.

For a Total of $925 per month

B) Rooms facing the inside pool area will be priced at $725 + $250 for maintenance and electricity, water and internet.

For a Total of $975 per month

All rooms are have similar furniture and the conditions vary for the rooms.
